He has worked across multiple domains (including CPG, pharma, and industrial products) and across continents. Prior to joining GEP, Abhishek worked with Capgemini, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has an MBA degree from Wake Forest University and an engineering degree from IIT Roorkee. He also holds a CPIM certification from APICS.

Al has two decades of experience building and leading successful global marketing teams in the B2B arena, including IT products and services, professional and business services, financial services, business process outsourcing and cloud-based software (SaaS). He comes to GEP from Innodata Isogen, where he was Vice President, Marketing, and Chief Marketing Officer for nine years. His areas of expertise include brand strategy and positioning, marketing communications, public relations, web and digital marketing, as well as demand and lead generation.
Al graduated from Northwestern University with a MSJ in Marketing and Media Management, and Vassar College with a BA in History.

Badri is the Global Vice President (Shared Services), managing the Human Resources function for GEP. He has over 15 years’ experience across the areas of Business Consulting, Sales Support, Business Operations, Resource Management, HR advisory, HR operations, and Process management and control.
Prior to joining GEP, Badri served as a Vice President in Accenture’s HR organization, responsible for the Planning & Forecasting function for the Company. Earlier, he also served in various capacities in Accenture’s India HR team, and earlier still, in their Consulting and Technology businesses.
Badri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from BITS Pilani, and a Business Management degree from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Biju is a Vice President of consulting at GEP. Based out of our NJ office, he has led several large scale strategic sourcing programs. He is currently leading the consulting engagement for one of the largest biotechnology companies in the world.
Biju has over 15 years of management consulting experience having worked with clients across industries located in US, Europe and Asia. During this time, he has led and managed large supply chain transformation projects for several organizations in the consumer goods and retail sector.
Prior to joining GEP, Biju was a Senior Manager in the strategy consulting practice at A.T. Kearney responsible for managing several large scale engagements with multiple clients in India. Earlier, he also was a manager with Accenture in their consulting group.
Biju has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai.

Bin is based out of Clark, New Jersey. Prior to joining GEP, he was a Market Maker in the transportation and corporate services verticals at FreeMarkets Inc., where he focused on strategic client engagements in the US and in Europe. Before FreeMarkets Inc, he worked at Smith Barney. He was recently selected as a "2009 Pro to Know" by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine for demonstrating leadership during times of economic crisis. Bruce is a Vice President at GEP and an expert on sourcing and procurement strategies in the information technology and telecommunications sectors.
With over 30 years of experience, Bruce served in executive positions at several private companies and has been a leader at A.T. Kearney and EDS. Bruce has led global consulting assignments across multiple industries and in all areas of High Tech & Communications including procurement strategy/design, strategic sourcing, customer service, sustainability and M&A activity. Former Fortune 500 clients include: AT&T, Becton Dickinson, Bell Canada, FedEx, Lucent, New York City Transit Authority, Queensland Rail, Telstra, Time Inc., and Verizon.
Prior to joining GEP, Bruce served as a Vice President/Sr. Principal at A.T. Kearney. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He has authored several articles on outsourcing telecommunications operations. Bruce has volunteered substantial time to youth and church activities and has served in many leadership positions.

As a Vice President for Consulting at GEP and part of the Global Leadership Team, Chetan is responsible for leading key strategic accounts. He has managed multiple, large scale supply chain engagements for many private sector clients and brings in more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience. Chetan has spent most of his consulting career delivering cost-reducing transformation projects in retail, manufacturing and automotive industries. He has extensive experience in helping clients with working capital and cost-driven improvements.
Chetan’s specialties include large account management, strategic sourcing, category management, ERP/procurement systems, and procure-to-pay process design. He has also authored several papers focused on procurement transformation.
Chetan is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and an alumnus of Ohio University with degrees in engineering and business. He also serves as a board member and special advisor to MG Charities.

As Vice President of Technology, Dhananjay drives Integrated eProcurement platform roadmap, development & operations at GEP. He leads the development of innovative, simple and intuitive platform, delivered as subscription based "Software-as-a-Service". Prior to joining GEP, He was Core Team Leader for Intel Corporation, responsible for delivering IP / Telco servers based on latest Intel processors. During his ten years at Intel, he assumed various roles developing and delivering cutting edge solutions in telecommunications, voice-over-IP and speech processing. Prior to Intel, Dhananjay led the development of Intelligent Network framework for Telecom switches at Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), India's premier R&D company.
Dhananjay earned an MBA from Cornell University with specialization in General Management. He holds Master of Technology in Electronics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur with top rankings. As GEP Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Jagadish "JT" Turimella leads the consulting practice and manages the company's operational functions. JT has held various management positions at the Option Clearing Corporation and Intergraph Corporation. Mahesh has over two decades of extensive experience in developing solutions and frameworks in the BFSI, telecom and ecommerce space. He has successfully led many large system integration and outsourcing programs for several multinational clients across diverse geographies like USA, Europe, ASEAN and India.
Prior to joining GEP, Mahesh was a Managing Director with Accenture's Financial Services practice for its India delivery center.

As Vice President and Head of Market Intelligence, Center of Excellence at GEP, Marcy looks after GEP’s Advisory Services to support strategic decision making for clients. She has managed over 100 supply chain and procurement intelligence assignments in her career so far, ranging from business process improvement and effectiveness to strategic supply chain design for multinational clients.
Marcy’s areas of expertise include procurement intelligence and integration of procurement intelligence with sourcing. She also has experience in business process reengineering, performance improvement and sourcing excellence, supply chain design and optimization, strategic cost reduction across various industries.
Prior to joining GEP, Marcy was working with Beroe, where she developed the firm’s go-to-market strategy for industry specific intelligence services and established its global business development organization. Before Beroe, Marcy has worked at Gartner and IBM Global Services in executive roles.

Matthew manages strategic global accounts headquartered in Europe. He has deep experience of supply chain strategy, operations and change management as well as procurement, both as a consultant and within industry.Matthew has worked with blue-chip clients across the commercial, financial and public sectors. Prior to GEP, he worked at BearingPoint and Celerant Consulting in London and across Europe. He has specific experience in automotive, chemicals, FMCG, life sciences, manufacturing, paper and print, and retail industries, as well as retail banking and healthcare.
Matthew has a Ph.D. in Medieval Literature and Philosophy from Cambridge University. He speaks French, German and Spanish.

As Vice President of global business development, Mita is responsible for the strategy and growth of GEP's end-to-end services business. She brings deep experience in business process transformation, procurement and growth strategy. Prior to joining GEP, she was part of the co-founding team and general manager at Procurian, where she had P&L responsibility for key client services and she led large business development initiatives to build the business globally. In prior roles, Mita was a consultant at A.T. Kearney, and senior project manager at Strategic Management Group.
Mita earned her MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and her BS in marketing and multinational management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Neha Desai Shah

Roopa's role as the President of GEP involves overseeing the company's day-to-day activities, as well as managing the company's public sector practice. Prior to forming GEP, Roopa served as the director of business development for Novo Nordisk, identifying, assessing and negotiating new business opportunities. Before that, as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, she led strategic sourcing and spend management engagements for Fortune 100 companies. A licensed pharmacist, Roopa has held various positions in R&D and technical sales at Rhone Poulenc (now Rhodia) and at Hoechst, spanning various aspects of manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance.
Roopa earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, an M.S. with highest honors in Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University, and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Bombay University.

As Vice President of Technology at GEP, Santosh leads the Spend Analysis and Asia Technology Operations. Prior to joining GEP, he was instrumental in setting up the CP Ships' Asia-based Global Delivery Center. Before moving to Asia, he held various management roles at CP Ships in the US and was responsible for product engineering, cross-platform integration and lead the engineering development centers in US and UK. Previously he worked on technology strategy and product development for Supply Chain, Telecommunications and Financial Industries at organizations such as Archents, Verizon, Kforce and Decision Consultants.
Santosh received his MBA with top honors from University of South Florida. He also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from USF and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.

Santosh is a Vice President for Client Services & Innovation at GEP. Shankar has over 21 years of global delivery experience, working with several multinational banks, financial services and consulting organizations in leadership roles. He has worked in diverse geographies like India, Japan, UK, USA & Germany, focusing on delivering business outcomes across lines of business.
Prior to joining GEP, Shankar was a Managing Director with Accenture's Global Delivery Network based out of India, and was leading large and complex delivery portfolios. He has driven the creation of industry-focused offerings for clients and organization-building activities focused on developing global talent. Shankar has been a speaker and panelist in several industry and campus events on risk management, outsourcing and other related topics.

Suresh joins us from Zycus, Inc. where he was Regional Vice President of North America Sales. He has 20 years of sales experience in the Enterprise Software, Telecommunications and IT Industries in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific in which over 10 years has been in the Procurement Technology business in US and Europe. He's also worked at Parametric Technology Corporation and ADC Communications.
Suresh graduated from the University of Madras with a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics and also has an MBA in Marketing from India.

Based in North America, Tom serves as a Vice President for Consulting services with a focus on delivering significant client savings on MRO and Capital projects. An operations executive with extensive government, industry and consulting experience in the Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Steel and Chemical industries, Tom's areas of expertise include Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Outsourcing, Supply Chain Management and MRO Management.
He has more than 35 years of experience and has worked in various roles with companies like EDS, A.T. Kearney, Grumman Aerospace and the U.S. Navy. Tom has a BA in Economics from the DeSales University and an MBA in Organization & Management from the Temple University.
