Our internships are the most sought after in the industry because our interns work on live projects with real-time data and interact with Fortune 500 clients on the daily. We hire go-getters across functions like Market Intelligence, Category Advisory Groups, Engineering and Data Science and we never ask interns to go-get coffee for their managers. What’s it like at GEP

GEP has an outstanding work culture which is apparent from the very first day. I was part of an extremely supportive team, and I learned a lot from the live client projects. I was never given irrelevant work, instead, I was groomed to handle a live project myself. I am thankful for the trust, my manager and team had in me. GEP helped me get a thorough understanding of the industry, and my GEP journey was an enriching and memorable one.

GamePlan is a consulting Challenge that is in its third season. Every year we offer thousands of students from premier B-schools the chance to work on real-world consulting projects. GamePlan participants never fail to deliver fresh and valuable perspectives to our team. In return, they win cash prizes and covetedpre-placement interviews.

Training and Onboarding Programs

Just because we immediately assign you to live projects, doesn’t mean we won’t help you transition into corporate life. We have four-week training programs for all our Campus hires where we offer training in Functional, Personal and Inter-Personal skills. We also focus on nurturing talent through our mentorship programs, where your peers help you grow to be the best version of yourself.
