Asia

GEP in Asia has grown every year for more than a decade, gaining significant momentum over the past few years.

With offices and operations centres in Mumbai, Shanghai, Hyderabad, Singapore and Sydney, we provide a comprehensive portfolio of procurement services and software to multinational and domestic clients in the APAC region – from procurement advisory services to spend analysis, category management and strategic sourcing services.

Asia-based clients include Essar Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Gujarat Gas, Goodman Fielder and D' Decor. Major multinationals with major local divisions or operating units include Kellogg's, McCain Foods, NetApp, Bayer HealthCare and Bayer CropScience.

GEP brings experience working with local clients and suppliers, local language capabilities and knowledge of strategies that address the unique issues in procurement inherent to this region. And this experience extends to virtually every major market in the APAC region including India, China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Our regional consulting capabilities include organizational capability building, setting up procurement operations in emerging markets, green-field projects such as setting up new production facilities, implementing risk mitigation strategies and supplier development.

Whether you work with an Asia-based company looking to build world-class procurement capabilities or a multinational operation seeking procurement expertise to support expansion in Asia, contact us. We can help.
