LALITH RAJAN

Lalith leads GEP consulting and services in the Asia-Pacific region, covering SEA, ANZ and other Asian markets. He is an experienced procurement and supply chain practitioner with over 20 years of experience, both as an executive and a consultant.

Lalith has extensive experience in core supply management areas such as procurement operating model design, category management and analytics. He has led programs on digitalization of procurement and SCM functions.

Lalith has served clients in large transformation exercises across sectors, including oil & gas, and electric power & natural gas.

Prior to GEP, Lalith led the procurement and product development service line for McKinsey & Company in Southeast Asia and held the position of CPO at Carrier in Singapore.

Lalith holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering from the University of Delhi in India.
