Diane Clark joins GEP as vice president of customer success for TSO. With more than 20 years of experience leading global SaaS and enterprise software organizations, Diane specializes in guiding companies through complex digital and cloud transformations. She has built high-performing customer success teams focused on delivering measurable outcomes aligned to customer value. Her organizations have consistently served as strategic growth engines, driving revenue expansion, operational excellence and long-term customer value across large, diverse portfolios.
Before joining GEP, Diane held senior leadership roles at major technology companies including Lumen Technologies, Pegasystems and SAP Ariba. Throughout her career, she has led teams through significant digital, operational and organizational change and implemented mature, repeatable customer success frameworks that elevate customer experience and business performance.
Based in Atlanta, Diane is an avid scuba diver and a volunteer diver at the Georgia Aquarium. She is also committed to mental health advocacy and volunteers with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
