Jason Griggs is GEP’s global head of software sales, spearheading the company’s software growth strategy and driving market expansion across key regions. A seasoned sales executive, Jason brings over 25 years of experience building and scaling high-performing go-to-market teams at leading enterprise technology firms.
He is deeply committed to building strong, lasting relationships with customers and helping them unlock value through GEP’s AI-powered software.
Before joining GEP, he was chief revenue officer at Observe.AI, where he built a strategic sales function and drove significant growth in team size and deal value. Previously, Jason served as senior vice president of global sales at Workhuman, where he led a global team of over 100 and directed major business expansion efforts. He has also held sales leadership roles at companies such as Workday.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Northern Illinois University and is based in Clark, New Jersey.
