Gary Kiyou leads the company’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity and inclusion. With more than 18 years of human resources leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas, he drives initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture and support GEP’s growth.
Before joining GEP, Gary held senior leadership roles at Genpact, leading talent acquisition and resource management for key verticals, including consumer packaged goods and capital markets. He also designed and implemented global human resources shared services models to improve cost efficiency and employee experience.
He holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of London and a CIPD Level 7 accreditation.
