Prashant leads GEP’s United Kingdom service operations, driving the growth of consulting and managed services engagements. With a strong background in supply chain, operations and procurement, he works closely with clients to solve complex challenges and unlock new efficiencies.
Before joining GEP, Prashant spent five years with IMI plc, where he led the operations team for IMI’s Indian subsidiary, focusing on optimizing processes and driving operational excellence.
Passionate about people and problem-solving, Prashant is inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and tackle real-world business challenges. His approach emphasizes learning from others, fostering partnerships, and delivering solutions.
Prashant holds a master’s degree in human factors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
