GEPSI (GEP SOCIAL INITIATIVES)

Purpose: GEPSI drives GEP’s global commitment to social good, focusing on alleviating poverty, supporting education, promoting gender equality, and addressing food insecurity.
Activities: GEPSI collaborates with local organizations to support refugee children through activities such as picnics, ice skating, and cinema visits, as well as donating clothes and accessories for Christmas and birthdays. Additionally, GEPSI teams engage in community initiatives, such as renovating animal shelters by contributing physical labor, food, and equipment. Volunteer days are organized where employees sort and deliver food to charities and schools, supporting families in need and reducing food waste. These efforts include educational sessions for employees on sustainable food practices, aligning with GEPSI’s broader sustainability goals.

GEP PRIDE

Purpose: Fosters an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees, celebrating diversity and promoting equity across GEP’s global offices.

GEP LANGUAGES

Purpose: Celebrates linguistic diversity and supports GEP’s multilingual workforce in Europe, where teams in London, Prague, Cluj-Napoca and Dublin often work across multiple languages.

GEP SPORTS

Purpose: Promotes teamwork, health, and camaraderie among employees through sports and fitness activities.

WOMEN@GEP
