Binayak Choudhury is global head of services delivery at GEP, where he leads large-scale strategic engagements that help global enterprises deliver sustainable cost savings, improve processes and transform procurement operations.
Binayak has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies across industries. He is a seasoned leader in supply chain and indirect spend management, with deep expertise in procurement transformation, change management and people development.
Prior to joining GEP, Binayak was a market maker in the transportation and corporate services verticals at FreeMarkets Inc., where he focused on strategic client engagements in the U.S. and Europe. Earlier, he worked at Smith Barney.
Binayak was named a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine for demonstrating leadership during times of economic crisis. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
