Nicole Mazanitis serves as General Counsel at GEP, where she leads the company’s legal function and advises on a broad range of corporate, commercial, product, privacy, intellectual property, and litigation matters.
Nicole has extensive experience as a technology and IP attorney, with deep expertise in product counseling, data privacy, intellectual property, litigation, employment law, and global business operations. Prior to joining GEP, she held senior legal roles at Contentsquare, most recently as Vice President, Americas Lead and Global Data Protection Officer. In that capacity, she served as a trusted business partner driving global growth, product launches, AI acceleration, and commercial strategy.
Earlier in her career, Nicole spent over a decade at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, where she rose to partner, advising clients on complex legal and business matters.
Nicole is an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University School of Law. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in political science from Stanford University.
