Michael DuVall is GEP’s global head of supply chain strategy, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies transform their supply chains to be more resilient, agile and future-ready. He brings deep expertise in navigating complex global challenges and leading enterprise-wide transformation, built over a career spanning three decades in operations and strategy.

A trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across industries, DuVall is known for challenging conventional supply chain thinking with a practical, results-driven approach. His work centers on building adaptive supply chains that balance cost, service, risk and sustainability, enabling clients to unlock strategic value and thrive amid constant disruption.

Michael has worked across all facets of the supply chain, from his early days as a manufacturing engineer at Caterpillar to his time as a partner at Bain & Company. He has led transformation programs across five continents and is recognized for his thought leadership on resilience, digital innovation and supply chain as a source of competitive advantage.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
