Rebekah von Andele leads GEP’s global delivery teams and drives business development and growth across the managed services business.
Rebekah brings more than 20 years of enterprise procurement and source-to-pay transformation experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes for clients across manufacturing, life sciences, technology and financial services. Her expertise spans AI-enabled procurement, contract governance and building high-performing global delivery organizations.
Prior to joining GEP, Rebekah held senior leadership roles at Genpact, Accenture and PAREXEL, where she led large-scale S2P transformation programs for global enterprises.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she is known for applying rigorous, outcome-driven methodologies to complex procurement challenges.
