VIKAS KUMAR YADAV

As a vice president of Consulting Services, Vikas is responsible for leading global teams that deliver large-scale procurement and supply chain engagements for GEP clients around the world. He is one of the leaders in GEP’s Life Sciences vertical, and he focuses on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and health care industries. 

Vikas has extensive experience in leading large-scale engagements across strategic cost management, procurement transformation and strategy, supply chain redesign, M&A synergy value capture, and sustainable value creation for Fortune 500 clients in the life sciences. He also has cross-functional experience in industrial automation and advanced analytics, including in data strategy, dashboarding, predictive modeling, simulation, and cost modeling using statistical tools.

Supply & Demand Chain Executive named Vikas as a recipient of the 2024 Pros to Know award, in the Top Procurement Pros category. The award recognizes leaders whose accomplishments offer a road map for other leaders looking to leverage supply chain for competitive advantage.

Vikas holds an MBA in supply chain management and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering. He completed his executive education in supply chain strategy and management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a certified supply chain professional.
