Larry Persaud
Global Head of Engineering
Larry Persaud serves as GEP’s global head of engineering, based in Clark. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation for global enterprises. Larry is known for engineering solutions that deliver measurable business value, with deep expertise in cloud modernization, data and AI and scalable platform architecture.
Before joining GEP, Larry spent more than a decade at Microsoft, where he led cloud adoption across global regions and partnered with major organizations in manufacturing, retail, financial services, logistics and government. He drove key modernization initiatives, expanded Azure adoption and supported the launch of Microsoft’s SaaS marketplace in high-growth markets.
Larry is recognized for combining strategic vision with disciplined engineering execution. He has built high-performing teams, managed complex IT portfolios and advanced AI-enabled solutions that improve resilience, compliance and operational performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and is a Microsoft Platinum Club award recipient.
