Mahendra has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, with deep expertise in procurement platforms, contract lifecycle management (CLM) and applied artificial intelligence. He is known for translating complex business requirements into robust, configurable product architectures that support global enterprises.
Prior to joining GEP, Mahendra held senior engineering leadership roles at Icertis, where he led platform engineering and AI initiatives for contract intelligence solutions. He played a key role in developing agentic AI capabilities and delivering AI-driven applications for contract insights, risk management and obligation tracking, contributing to significant business growth, including expansion into regulated and government sectors.
Mahendra has extensive experience leading large, distributed engineering teams and delivering transformations across product, platform and customer ecosystems. He is recognized for driving engineering excellence, improving product quality at scale and advancing innovation through AI adoption, automation and modern development practices.
He combines deep technical depth with strategic execution, partnering closely with product, services and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
