Manisha Patel serves as vice president, engineering, process excellence at GEP, where she helps strengthen engineering governance, quality, stability and delivery predictability across the organization.
Manisha has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with deep expertise in engineering transformation, operational excellence, quality engineering, platform scalability and global team leadership. She focuses on building consistent, measurable ways of working that help engineering teams execute effectively and deliver on customer and business commitments.
Prior to joining GEP, Manisha was vice president of engineering at iCIMS, where she led global engineering teams and helped transform the engineering organization. Her work included evolving operating models, improving quality and delivery practices, and supporting strategic initiatives around AI, engineering capacity and organizational effectiveness.
Manisha began her technology career with Aptech Computer Education, where she completed a software engineering program with distinction.
