Nitesh Bakliwal serves as vice president, engineering at GEP, where he leads global solution engineering and helps drive engineering strategy for GEP’s next-generation agentic AI-powered GEP Quantum Intelligence platform. Grounded in proactive customer advocacy, he connects complex platform capabilities directly to real-world business outcomes.
Nitesh brings more than two decades of global technology leadership across enterprise SaaS, cloud, security and platform engineering. His expertise spans Microsoft Azure, Windows, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, AI governance, DevSecOps and secure software delivery.
Prior to joining GEP, Nitesh spent nearly 20 years at Microsoft leading large-scale engineering initiatives and products across cloud, client operating systems and SaaS platforms. His work included building Microsoft’s unified Customer Master view; leading Windows, Azure and Microsoft Office engineering systems teams through modernization, scale and CI/CD automation; leading the Sovereign Windows product from concept to market launch; directing secure and resilient supply chain initiatives, including industry and standards body representation; and driving enterprise-wide GDPR, FedRAMP, data governance and AI security frameworks.
Nitesh earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering and an MBA in marketing and systems. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
