CLARK, NJ – June 20, 2016 – GEP, a leading global provider of procurement services and procurement software to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises worldwide, has been honored for the fourth successive year as a Procurement Outsourcing Services Leader and Star Performer by the well-known consulting and research firm Everest Group. In its annual report on leading global procurement service providers, Everest has named GEP as a Star Performer in the PEAK Matrix for PO Providers, as part of the Procurement Outsourcing (PO) – Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2016.
Everest Group issues this in-depth report annually, measuring procurement service providers on its proprietary Performance, Experience, Ability and Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix. It evaluates procurement outsourcing leaders on criteria that include market success and wins, scale, scope, technology and innovation, delivery footprint and buyer satisfaction levels. Likewise, the Star Performer designation is awarded on the demonstration of the strongest year-on-year movement on the PEAK Matrix.
”There have been some dramatic changes on the PEAK Matrix this year,” said Al Girardi, Global VP of Marketing & Analyst Relations at GEP. “Clearly, GEP’s strategy – bringing together global operations, scale, focus, extraordinary intellectual capital and deep expertise in the procurement and supply chain sectors – is sustaining continued strong growth and a burgeoning roster of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients.”
Girardi continued, “In particular, GEP’s growth as a procurement outsourcing service provider in Europe has accelerated significantly over the past 12 months and our footprint in Latin America is expanding at a strong clip. We see GEP consolidating its position as an equally robust, but more agile and more effective global alternative to less focused multi-tower service providers.”

We invest ourselves entirely in our clients’ success, creating strong collaborative relationships that deliver extraordinary value year after year.
