Everest Group issues this in-depth report annually, measuring procurement service providers on its proprietary Performance, Experience, Ability and Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix. It evaluates procurement outsourcing leaders on criteria that include market success and wins, scale, scope, technology and innovation, delivery footprint and buyer satisfaction levels.
