Mike Brewis Levie, Vice President, Consulting at GEP has been announced as one of the Supply and Demand Chain Magazine’s 2011 Provider Pros to Know. Provider Pros to Know is a listing of individuals from a software firm or service provider, consultancy or academia who have helped their supply chain clients or the supply chain community at large prepare to meet the significant challenges in the year ahead.

Based at GEP’s London office, Mike is responsible for the firm’s European consulting practice. As an experienced program manager, Mike has over 20 years consulting and client-side experience. As a consultant he has led projects covering strategic sourcing, supply chain and IT transformation. He has delivered a number of category management engagements for GEP’s EU clients. His experience covers sectors such as retail, consumer goods, IT, industrial, downstream oil, healthcare and public sector.

“I am delighted and honored to be on this year’s list of Provider Pros to Know. The opportunity to deliver savings to our clients by enhancing their supply chain processes is a key driver of excellence at GEP,” remarked Mike Levie.

The Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine issued a call for Provider Pros to Know nominations in November 2010. Beginning in January, the magazine's editorial selection committee culled through more than 350 submissions to find the applicants that best fit the criteria.

"The annual list of Provider Pros to Know highlights the many thought-leaders who are helping to shape the supply chain industry and advance supply chain as a respected discipline in the enterprise," said Barry Hochfelder, editor of Supply & Demand Chain Executive. "Their efforts in developing the tools, processes and knowledge base necessary for Supply Chain transformation, and in promoting new approaches to supply chain enablement, have earned them a place on this year's Provider Pros listing," Hochfelder added.
