GEP tackles COVID19, Subhash Makhija, CEO

...

To meet the challenges posed by the COVID-19 outbreak, we are actively monitoring developments around the world and are taking all necessary actions to support the health and safety of our customers, employees, partners and suppliers.

Our thoughts go out to anyone affected.

As a business, we are very focused on the safety of our team members — and on maintaining and delivering value and service to you, our customers.

Please note that we have activated our Business Continuity Plan and we are closely following all federal, state and local government recommendations. To date, we have:

  • Restricted travel to and within the US, EU, APAC and LatAm client locations
  • Suspended air travel
  • Ensured work-from-home infrastructure and access is available to GEP team members
  • Encouraged all GEP employees to work from home
  • Kept GEP offices open for critical functions and continuity of operations
  • Directed GEP’s local teams to follow client-travel guidelines
  • Conducted tests across all offices and client teams to ensure minimal disruption to service delivery
  • Activated individual client business continuity plans
  • Ensured that there is no impact to the GEP SMART™ and GEP NEXXE™ platforms
  • Worked with third-party partners to reassure all infrastructure and critical business processes are fully operational

We understand this is a challenging time. We are making every effort to offer you the same service, quality and value we have been providing for more than 20 years.

We remain unwaveringly committed to supporting you through the COVID-19 crisis.

Sincerely,

Subhash Makhija
CEO and Co-Founder, GEP
