Julio Serna is a Senior Director at GEP for Latin America. Julio brings deep experience in leading client engagements related to supply chain, procurement transformation and operations strategy in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil among other countries in Latin America.
Prior to joining GEP, Julio served as a Principal with A.T. Kearney in Mexico City. Julio has led different consulting engagements with clients in several industries, including oil and gas, food and beverage, covering organizational transformation, due diligence, business strategy development, supply chain strategy and procurement transformation.
He has co-developed and delivered procurement-related training and co-authored different articles related to supply chain management.
Julio has a B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
